This is a dub version of Chicago-based reggae band The Drastic's great tune "Cosmic Awareness." I've added my own drums, guitars, bass, dub sirens, and keyboardist Robert Reichner joins me on organ. Allen Thompkins helped with post-production.

The spoken word section of the song is a reading of an excerpt of the treaty oration of Chief Sealth (from whom Seattle takes its name and took its land) in 1854 in which he speaks about the cosmic awareness of his tribe.
